SHIPPING & RETURNS
We accept most major credit/debit card payments.
We try to ship all orders from stock within 1 working day of receiving payment.
If there is an issue with the stock of your item then we will notify you ASAP with information on how quickly we can get one to you or refund that item.
If a parcel is not delivered within 10 days of being shipped then we will either refund or resend the items.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
CHANGED YOUR MIND?
If after receiving your items you decide you no longer need/want them then we will provide a full refund (not including shipping fees) if the items are returned to us within 14 days. If it is beyond 14 days then we cannot guarantee a full refund but please contact us to discuss options, we are reasonable people and will always try to work something out with you!
RECEIVED A DAMAGED ITEM?
If you receive a damaged item then please take photos of the packaging (we recommend you take photos of the packaging before you open it if it looks damaged!) and the damaged item(s) and send them to us ASAP using email@example.com so we can try and resolve the issue with replacements/refunds where applicable.
